Key Responsibilities
- Make 60-70 cold calls each day to key stakeholders across target accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Identify, research, and contact potential SMB and mid-market accounts.




- Uncover prospect challenges and communicate how our search solutions address their specific needs.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
- Execute structured, multi-channel outreach strategies using phone, personalized emails, and Eurostaffs outreach.

Core Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with B2B cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding daily call volumes and meeting quotas.
- High resilience, active listening skills, and confidence in navigating objections over the phone.
- Experience utilizing sales engagement platforms and CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) to manage daily workflow.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in SaaS, particularly within e-commerce, search technology, or digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with fast-paced startup settings or high-volume sales environments.
