Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that each article is meticulously formatted according to our style guidelines, formats, and policies.
- Reviewing the final versions of papers to ensure that they meet our requirements for publication.
- Providing ongoing and continuous feedback to typesetters, where necessary, to improve typesetting processes through thorough root cause analysis.
- Engaging with authors to find solutions to their needs and requests while ensuring publisher policies, industry best practice, and technical requirements are adhered to.
- Publishing articles online and in repositories, ensuring their discoverability.
