CollectIQ is an AP/AR and collections desk built to systematically recover cash flow without burning valuable customer relationships. We replace the founder's awkward follow-up emails with a professional, rules-based escalation desk.
Through structured dunning sequences, dispute resolution workflows, and weekly AR reporting, CollectIQ ensures our clients get paid faster, reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and freeing up working capital.
What You'll Build
You will build a specialized financial operations desk that acts as the polite but relentless enforcer for B2B SMBs. You'll establish the communication playbooks, integrate with client invoicing systems, and deliver immediate, measurable ROI by unlocking trapped cash.




Your Responsibilities
- Develop the Playbook Create the definitive dunning sequences, call scripts, and escalation rules that balance firmness with excellent customer service.
- Close the First Sale Identify and close B2B businesses suffering from high AR aging. You must close your first deal personally, bringing in our first real revenue.
- Own the Revenue Engine Drive sales and own the revenue generation engine. Create a repeatable sales process to keep the pipeline full while reporting on cash collected.
- Manage Dispute Resolution Build the workflow for tracking and resolving invoice disputes, acting as the mediator between the client and their customer.
- Scale the Team Hire and train the first specialized collections agents and QA personnel to maintain high recovery rates at scale.

- Experience in B2B collections, AR/AP management, or high-stakes customer success/acc
