If you have strong expertise in cloud environments, operational excellence, and the ability to coordinate teams to maintain highly reliable systems, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Tech Product Support , you will ensure the availability, resilience, and performance of critical applications and services . You will coordinate with support, development, infrastructure, and security teams to maintain stable and secure systems. You will manage operational activities, support incident response, and ensure compliance with SLA/SLO targets , while driving improvements through observability, automation, and operational best practices. What you'll do day-to-day:
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency of cloud infrastructure running on AWS
- Coordinate with support, development, and infrastructure teams to maintain stable and secure services




- Drive observability and monitoring strategies using tools such as Dynatrace to proactively detect and mitigate incidents
- Support incident response processes and coordinate actions during critical situations
- Analyze recurring incidents, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements
- Maintain operational documentation including runbooks, incident reports, and reliability improvement plans
- Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with operational and security standards
- Oversee operational processes and ensure visibility and governance through FinOps and observability tools
- Collaborate with development teams through GitHub to strengthen CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
- Design and validate disaster recovery strategies and ensure defined RTO/RPO objectives are met

What we're looking for:
- Experience operating complex and business-critical systems
- Strong knowledge of cloud environmen
