GBSB Global Business School is looking for a Facilities & Operations Support professional to join our Barcelona campus. This role focuses on supporting the day-to-day management of campus facilities, housekeeping coordination, and operational activities to ensure a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. This role is adecuado for someone who is proactive, hands-on, organized, and comfortable supporting a variety of operational and facility-related responsibilities within an international, English-speaking academic environment. Main Responsibilities * Support the Reception team when needed, assisting with front-desk coverage, welcoming students and visitors, handling general inquiries and deliveries, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the campus. * Support and coordinate the daily work of the cleaning team to ensure classrooms, offices, and common areas remain in excellent condition. * Monitor campus facilities daily and ensure all spaces are clean, organized, functional, and prepared for academic and administrative activities.
