Madrid | Hybrid ? €50k–€60k+ base + 20% bonus Im partnering with a fast-growing international B2B SaaS business to hire a Global BDR Manager who will build and lead a brand-new outbound function from Madrid. This isnt about inheriting an established team and keeping the wheels turning. Youll build it. The business is creating a new global BDR hub supporting its key European markets, including the UK, France and Spain. Youll join first, help recruit your BDR team, and take ownership of creating the outbound playbooks, processes, cadences and methodology they work to. What youll own ? Build, coach and develop a new outbound BDR team ? Create scalable outbound playbooks, cadences and messaging ? Define ICPs, account prioritisation and prospecting strategy ? Own outbound pipeline targets, conversion and performance ? Coach BDRs across cold calling, outreach, qualification and objection handling ? Work closely with Sales,



Marketing and RevOps ? Use data to continually test and improve outbound performance ? Help establish a high-performance outbound culture across multiple European markets What were looking for You need to really understand outbound. Were looking for someone who has personally succeeded as an outbound BDR/SDR before progressing into leadership. Youll understand what great prospecting looks like because youve actually done it yourself. Youll ideally bring: ✅ Strong B2B SaaS outbound/BDR experience ✅ Leadership, coaching or team management experience ✅ Evidence of strong personal and/or team target attainment ✅ Experience building or improving outbound processes and playbooks ✅ Strong understanding of modern prospecting methodologies and tooling ✅ Fluent English ✅ French and/or Spanish would be a big advantage (but is not essential) Experience within hospitality, vertical SaaS or technology selling into multi-location businesses would also be particularly interesting.
