? At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain Department and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks: Procurement Project Management: * Receive order lists and initiate procurement documentation. * Invite suppliers to register in ARIBA and coordinate due diligence. * Prepare evaluation reports and manage internal approvals. Supplier Management: * Review supplier information and documents uploaded to ARIBA. * Manage supplier registration approvals. * Conduct credit evaluations using the comprehensive scoring method for each project and annually. Audit & Data Requests: * Collaboratively handle audits and data collection tasks requested by headquarters. * Periodic review of finalized contracts with the contract management team. * Updates the procurement registry. Contract Management Support: * Review and correct contract data in the ERP-Ariba system to ensure completeness and accuracy. * Validate contract modifications during approval workflows.



* Finalize contract approval by reviewing drafts, guiding corrections, identifying authorized signatories, and issuing confirmation sheets. Policy Review & Internal Training: * Review and update internal contract management policies. * Organize and deliver internal training sessions on contract management procedures. Reporting and Supplier Compliance Evaluation: * Collect and assess supplier compliance with contractual obligations. Other related tasks include (but are not limited to): * Compile summaries of contracts with individuals. * Review and verify contracts with discrepancies or anomalies in amounts, ensuring consistency between ERP-Ariba records and vigente contracts ?
