We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel expansion across the DACH market (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
Position Overview
You will accelerate market footprint by generating qualified opportunities and expanding pipeline across German-speaking territories through targeted outbound outreach.
Primary Duties
Perform 60–70 targeted outbound calls daily to key decision-makers across the e-commerce sector.
Prospect, research, and map SMB and mid-market targets in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Connect with potential clients, surface operational friction points,



and present our search suite as the idóneo solution.
Vet prospective accounts from inbound and outbound channels, booking verified demos for Account Executives.
Run targeted multi-channel outreach campaigns using cold calling, targeted emailing, and LinkedIn messaging.
Candidate Requirements
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in phone-driven outbound B2B sales environments.
History of consistently hitting or exceeding daily activity metrics and monthly meeting targets.
Strong resilience, active listening skills, effective objection handling, and a persuasive phone presence.
Practical experience using sales engagement platforms and CRMs (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
Preferred Qualifications
Background in SaaS, e-commerce tools, martech, or site search solutions.
Experience operating within high-velocity sales environments or fast-growing startup teams.
