The Role:
As a Customer Success Representative at Monday Merch, you’ll support our team in managing merch projects for general brands like Google, Uber, or Netflix. You’ll help coordinate between our clients and internal teams, making sure every project runs smoothly from order to delivery. It’s a hands-on internship where communication, organization, and a good dose of initiative make all the difference in a fast-growing, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support client communication: Assist with updates,



order confirmations, and sharing information throughout production and delivery.
- Keep projects moving: Monitor timelines, follow up with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics, and help ensure everything arrives on time and exactly as ordered.
