ROLEOVERVIEW/SUMMARY:
The Analystis responsible for analyzing and managing data to support decision-making across the organization, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with company policies. This role performs data processing, analysis, and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau, developing actionable insights that align with business objectives. The SME will also create and maintain dashboards, oversee quality control processes, and document key data management activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security in data handling. Additionally, this role collaborates with various departments, offering technical support and consulting to optimize data use and establish best practices.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
DataAnalysis:
- Perform queries and data analysis using Excel, Tableau, SQL to extract valuable information for data analysis.
- Process, analyze,



and interpret data to provide insights that support informed decision-making across the organization.
- Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to convert raw data into actionable recommendations that align with business objectives.
- Make daily decisions regarding data processing within established guidelines, with support and approval from the supervisor when necessary.

Support andConsulting:
- Advise and provide technical support to users in the assigned department regarding data interpretation and usage.

Reports andDashboards:
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau and Excel to provide key insights to the organization.

Data ProjectManagement:
- Oversee and manage assigned data projects, ensuring they are completed within the established time frame and meet the required quality standards.
