You'll partner with Engineering Managers to make technology choices that balance innovation with pragmatism, navigate platform governance to unblock delivery, and ensure what we build today supports where we're heading. Responsibilities:
Architecture and Design Oversight
- Lead software architecture and design reviews across the International Digital cCmmerce engineering organization, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and long-term goals
- Ensure architectural coherence across Data Engineering,



BI Engineering, and Product Engineering
- Participate in creating the the architectural runway in collaboration with Platform team by identifying foundational investments needed to support future capabilities
- Platform and Integration Strategy
- Lead evaluation and design of integration approaches with wider PepsiCo capabilities and platforms relevant for International
- Partner with DTX Core Platform Team to ensure dComm needs are represented in platform decisions
- Navigate platform governance, submit requests, advocate for international requirements, ensure dComm isn't blocked by platform constraints Advise on AI for BI evolution

Technical Leadership
- Provide architectural guidance on complex cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams
- Review and challenge technical designs to ensure they meet non-functional requirements (performance, security, maintainability)
