What you will do:




The Transfer Pricing Senior Associate will operate at Corporate Level and will support effective management of transfer pricing matters across the EDP Group. The role provides support in ensuring compliance with transfer pricing policies and regulations at a general level. This includes contributing to the development, monitoring and implementation of transfer pricing policies and supporting the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation across more than 25 jurisdictions in Europe, North America, LATAM and APAC.

The role also provides technical support in transfer pricing controversies and other transfer pricing related procedures, such as Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs) and Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), and contributes to strategic transfer pricing projects aimed at mitigating tax risk and ensuring alignment with international best practices.
