Job Title: Area Customer Service Coordinator - Managed Services Onsite

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Multiple Sites)

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday Flexible hours between 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM as needed

Assignment Length: 1 Year

Travel: Local travel required between Jacksonville sites

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily managed service operations at multiple customer sites
- Provide mailroom, print, scan, and copy service support
- Assist with onboarding, training, and cross-training team members
- Support process improvements and operational best practices
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot customer and equipment issues and escalate when needed
- Assist with implementation of new accounts and service expansions
- Travel between Jacksonville area sites as required
- Maintain accurate monthly expense reporting

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; additional education preferred
- Minimum 1 year of related customer service, office support, print, or operations experience




- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Production print or mailroom experience preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record required
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Adaptable schedule availability

Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to move equipment weighing up to 400 lbs. on wheels
- Frequent local travel between sites
