We are seeking a Process Engineer for our Optronics product line to participate in the industrialization, manufacturing, and continuous improvement of optoelectronic equipment designed for high-demand technological applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, optimizing, and supporting the production processes associated with optronic systems, working in coordination with the Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, and Production departments to ensure that objectives are met.

What are we looking for?
- An/a Process Engineer (Optronics Line), with at least 2years of experience.
- Availability to join a stable project in Valdepeñas.
- Degree:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Optical
Engineering and Optometry, Physics, or equivalent degrees.
- Work Model:on-site.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering,



Optical
- Engineering and Optometry, Physics, or equivalent degrees.
- At least 2-5 years of prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Experience in the following areas will be highly valued:
- Optronic systems.
- Electro-optical equipment.
- Optical instrumentation.
- Electro-optical and infrared sensors.
- Complex electronic equipment.
- The defense, aerospace, or high-tech sectors.
- Technical knowledge:
- Knowledge of optics, optoelectronics, or electro-optical technologies.
- Defining and improving industrial processes.
- Interpreting technical documentation and drawings.
- Managing manufacturing documentation.
- Knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with CAD tools and ERP/MES systems (preferred).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, APQP, FMEA, and process control (preferred).
- Personal Skills:
- Analytical skills and a problem-s
