Alpega is seeking a Payroll, HR Operations & Automations Lead to coordinate payroll across our international footprint and own core HR Operations across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on role, working directly with local payroll providers in each country while also leading a small team.
The mandate goes beyond running payroll accurately. We're looking for someone who can simplify, standardise and automate the way Payroll and HR Operations work across Alpega - reducing manual work,
