- Own and evolve the brand narrative for Preply's tutor community with the Supply Engagement team
- Position Preply as a long-term partner in tutors' professional growth
- Clarify and articulate Preply's value proposition for tutors across personas and maturity stages
- Ensure consistency between tutor promises and tutor experience
- Develop long-term educational content initiatives, including content channels, expert series, learning formats, and video programs
- Build scalable content ecosystems positioning Preply as a leader in online education
- Partner with educators and internal stakeholders to create high-quality educational content
- Identify opportunities to build credibility among educators globally
- Own budgets and vendor relationships, including agencies and tutor ambassadors
- Shape communications about AI's role in teaching to build tutor confidence
- Define and own tutor-brand success metrics, including tutor trust/NPS, top-tier tutor retention, and thought-leadership reach and engagement




- Partner with Supply/Tutor Success teams on major narrative moments and strategic initiatives

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in brand communications aimed at partner marketing in a fast-paced/tech environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for clarity and tone
- Strong strategic storytelling and positioning skills
- Experience building long-term brand initiatives, not just short-term campaigns
- Ability to think in formats and ecosystems such as content channels, series, and education programs
- Deep understanding of community building and professional identity
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Track record of driving brand impact at scale through influence rather than headcount
- Comfortable owning outcomes without a direct-report team
- Working understanding of LLMs and generative AI, including content optimization and scalable content production through drafting, localization, and personalization with
