What You'll Do
- Acting as the technical leader for a complex cloud-native platform built on .NET and Azure.
- Proactively driving initiatives, following up on open topics, and ensuring progress even when dependencies move slowly.
- Challenging technical and business decisions when necessary, including product owners, developers,
customer stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Identifying risks early and raising concerns before they become delivery or quality issues.
- Building a deep understanding of the customer's business, processes, and challenges.
- Leading architectural discussions and supporting technical decision-making across multiple teams.
- Ensuring high-quality engineering practices and maintainable, scalable solutions.
- Preparing technical documentation, workshops, reviews, and stakeholder meetings in a structured and organized manner.
- Mentoring developers and helping the team grow technically and professionally.
What You'll Need
Required Experience
- Extensive experience as a Senior Backend Engineer, Lead Developer, or Technical Lead.
- Strong expertise in C# and .NET (preferably .NET 8).
- Proven experience working with Azure Cloud services in production environments.
