¿Qué harás en tu reciente puesto?
- Define and drive the product roadmap for Customer Engagement initiatives, translating the business needs into technological initiatives.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable product deliverables.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog based on business value and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with technology teams and external partners to ensure successful product delivery.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs and data-driven decision making.
- Coordinate releases and continuous improvements across the product lifecycle.




- Act as the key point of contact between business, technology and delivery stakeholders.
- Promote best practices in product management and contribute to the evolution of product ways of working.
- Ensure a consistent and customer-centric experience across international markets.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

The successful candidate should have:
- Experience of at least 4 years as an IT Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role, ideally in Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Loyalty management.
- Proven experience managing product roadmaps and prioritising backlogs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and measure product success through KPIs.
- Exposure to CRM, customer engagement, marketing technology or loyalty platforms.
