How will you make an impact in this role?
This Analyst role sits within the Governance & Control organization supporting the International Issuing business. The role focuses on managing risks associated with affiliate relationships that support card issuance across international markets.
The Analyst works closely with business teams and control partners to support strong risk management practices throughout the lifecycle of affiliate engagements. This includes supporting contract intake, analysis, documentation, coordination,
and ongoing monitoring to ensure activities are executed accurately, on time, and in line with regulatory and governance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full life cycle of affiliate and engagements, including planning, due diligence, contract approval, ongoing monitoring, termination, and management of gaps and action plans.
- Maintain accurate and well-organised documentation, including service descriptions, performance metrics, and other programme records.
- Coordinate with business, risk, legal, finance, and outsourcing partners to support timely completion of required activities.
- Track incoming requests, deadlines, open actions, and follow-ups to ensure work progresses as planned.
- Prepare materials and summaries for management reviews, governance forums, audits, and regulatory interactions.
