Nconnect Ibiza, one of the fastest-growing real estate and concierge agencies in Ibiza, is seeking a Managing Director to start as soon as possible.

Duties include:
- Improving business operations
- Managing bookings (short-term rentals)
- Communicating with clients
- Managing calendar and time planning
- Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited supervision
- Responding to urgent requests
- Preparing documents and contracts
- Coordinating travel agency bookings

Experience and qualifications required:
- University degree
- Proven experience running a company
- Experience in short-term rental booking management
- Experience using channel manager systems
- Advanced computer skills (Apple/Mac proficiency required)




- Strong organizational skills and initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Native Spanish and strong English required; French is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Airbnb platform
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Own car
- Versátil availability and mature professional profile

Salary dependent on experience.
