Trafalgar Talent is recruiting on behalf of a high-growth integral SaaS business operating within the short-term rental and property technology space.

Following exceptional product growth and rapid expansion, our client is hiring an English-speaking Associate Account Executive to drive new business across international markets.

This is a true outbound, hunter-style sales role, ideal for someone ambitious, commercially driven, and ready to accelerate their SaaS career in a performance-led environment.

The Opportunity

You will:
- Build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting
- Run structured, discovery-led sales conversations
- Deliver compelling product demos tied to ROI
- Close high-quality, renewable ARR
- Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end

You’ll work primarily with English-speaking international clients, so fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify outbound opportunities
- Conduct high-impact discovery calls
- Position value clearly against measurable business pain
- Manage stakeholders through complex buying journeys
- Forecast accurately and close consistently
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene (HubSpot experience desirable)
- Ensure smooth handover to Account Management

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of sales or outbound experience
- Fluent English speaker (additional languages a bonus)
