Junior Front Office Agent:
What’s the job?
As a Junior Front Office Agent, you’ll be the friendly face guests rely on for a smooth, welcoming experience. You’ll assist with transactions, provide local insights, and help create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home.

Reports to the Front Desk Manager.

Your day-to-day:
- Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience.
- Support the Front Office Supervisors and Front Desk team in daily operations.
- Greet IHG Rewards Club and Kimpton Karma members and returning guests, in person or on the phone.
- Assist with guest bookings and share opportunities to enhance their stay.
- Handle cash and credit transactions following established procedures.
- Support the check-in and check-out process, including ID verification and key handling.
- Assist guests with requests, questions or basic concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Follow all safety procedures and hotel standards.
- Take pride in your appearance and act as a brand ambassador.
- Stay informed about daily events and hotel activities.





What we need from you:
- Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related field (recent graduates or final-year students welcome).
- Previous internship or up to 1 year of experience in Front Office or customer service.
- Fluent in local language and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, team spirit and passion for hospitality.
