POSITION: CONTRACTING MANAGER

Department: Contracting Reports To: General Manager / Country Director Location: Madrid, Spain

Role Purpose

To establish, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships with tourism suppliers throughout Spain while securing the most competitive commercial conditions for the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and contract tourism suppliers throughout Spain - Negotiate rates, allotments, payment terms, cancellation policies, and added-value benefits - Maintain strong supplier relationships - Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking - Review and renew supplier agreements - Monitor supplier performance and service quality - Support Product and Operations departments - Attend trade fairs, workshops,



and supplier meetings - Prepare contracting and market intelligence reports

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience - Strong supplier network throughout Spain - Excellent commercial negotiation skills - Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

- Number of contracted suppliers - Average savings achieved through negotiations - Supplier retention rate - Product coverage across Spain - Supplier performance scores

Sueldo: 1.200,00€-2.000,00€ al mes
