We are looking for a Receptionist for our iconic Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza,



a property currently undergoing a full repositioning, located in the heart of Madrid. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of combining hospitality, operational efficiency, and excellence in customer relations.

Mission of the Role

To deliver an exceptional experience to every guest by ensuring a professional, agile, and personalized service from arrival to departure. This position is key to the hotel's daily operations, acting as the primary brand ambassador, managing occupancy, room sales, billing, and payment processes, as well as resolving incidents and special requests.
