We are looking for a People & Culture Generalist to join our Chiva plant on a temporary contract of approximately 4 months, to provide support to the People & Culture area during a period of leave related to birth and childcare, including a prior onboarding and handover period.





The position will be part of the People & Culture EMEA team, with a direct reporting line to the corporate team in Denmark, and will work closely with international teams and the local plant organization.

This is an opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in generalist Human Resources functions, able to work with autonomy in the day-to-day management of the area and motivated to grow in an industrial, international and multicultural environment.

As part of the team, you will support employees and managers in matters related to HR administration, time and attendance, payroll support, onboarding, internal communication, culture initiatives and regional or general People & Culture processes.

Main responsibilities
- Provide support in the day-to-day People & Culture operations at the Chiva plant, responding to employee and manager queries on HR-related matters.
