We are looking for a Production Assistant Intern who is super organized and eager to learn the ropes of production. You’ll get hands-on experience helping us manage everything from scouting locations and handling product samples to supporting the team on-set.



It’s a great role for someone who loves checklists and wants to see how creative ideas actually come to life in a fast-paced brand.

Your responsibilities

On-Set Production & Logistics
- Assist in scouting locations, securing permits, and coordinating transportation and travel for crew and talent.
- Provide on-site support during shoot days, managing catering, schedules, and general needs to ensure a smooth workflow.

Product & Sample Management
- Own the logistics of samples: requesting products from the warehouse, prepping them for shoots, and ensuring they are returned in top condition.
- Maintain and organize the studio inventory, including both Tropicfeel products and the styling/prop archive.

Project Coordination & Tracking
- Help keep our project management tool (ClickUp) up to date by assigning tasks and monitoring deadlines.
- Assist in organizing PPM (Pre-Production Meetings) and post-sho
