What you’ll do:
Behind every successful global healthcare operation, there is a dedicated Customer Service team ensuring that every interaction is seamless, supportive and handled with care.

Please note that this is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave.

keyResponsabilities:
Customer Support & Experience
- Provide clear information about genetic testing services and guide customers.
- Track, manage and resolve customer inquiries proactively.

Operational Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Laboratory, Diagnostics, and Genetic Counseling teams.
- Manage customer data in Salesforce CRM and Navision.
- Support payment collections, kit requests, and account management.

Process Quality & Collaboration
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date customer information.
- Contribute to improved service processes.

What You Need to Succeed:




- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 3+ years in customer service, ideally in healthcare.
- Technical skills: Salesforce, Navision, Microsoft Office.
- Languages: Native/Bilingual Spanish, Fluent English, plus French/Italian valued.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
