THE ROLE





The Director of Retail at Real Madridwill be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of merchandise operations, ensuring high-quality experience for customers and efficient operational delivery. The Director of Merchandising will focus on maximizing the commercial potential of the merchandise operations by driving sales, optimizing the customer journey, and ensuring product availability, all while maintaining the integrity of the Real Madrid brand. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, inventory control, staffing, training, cost controls, and accounting procedures. This role also involves inspiring and leading the team to foster a culture of excellence while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, achieve budget goals, and deliver outstanding service across all merchandise locations and events.
