The Widem Group is looking for Road Freight & Forwarding Operators for its Spanish branches in Algeciras (Cádiz) and Monesterio (Badajoz). Joining our dynamic operations team with the following main duties and responsibilities:
- Day-to-day running our own north- / southbound traffics between Morocco and U.K./Central Europa
- Day-to-day running our forwarding activities (FTL/LTL/groupage services)
- Liaising with drivers/suppliers/customers/other European branches
- Controlling of driving and rest times of drivers
- Fleet optimization and monitoring
- Handling of transport orders / tracking shipments
- Spot quoting / customer service
- 1 in 3 weekend on-call duty covered remotely / rotating shift system Skills and experience:
- Essential: Minimum of 1-2 years freight forwarding / transporter experience




- Advanced level of English (minimum level B2, both written and spoken is essential). Very valuable to have a medium-high level in French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Highly organized, team player, deadline focused
- Versátil, adaptable and quick to learn
- Ability to work on own initiative
