The Role
Step into the role of a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Specialist and join our dynamic team to execute and optimize our integrated media ecosystem. Working side-by-side with Brand Managers, PR/media agencies, and creator partners, your mission is clear: ensure our brands stop the scroll, capture market share, and deliver unmatched digital ROI.
Your ultimate goal? To amplify brand visibility, leverage rigorous media analytics, and drive data-backed commercial growth across all digital touchpoints.
Your Impact
- Integrated Paid Media: Define and execute paid media campaigns (Paid Social, Search/PPC, Programmatic, Display) for assigned portfolio brands, continually optimizing for maximum ROAS and cost efficiency (CPA).
- Social Media & Influencer Ecosystem: Lead end-to-end influencer marketing across nano, micro,



and macro creators. Adapt general campaigns to local cultural moments, oversee community management/social listening, and boost content performance via paid amplification and testing.
- Media Analytics & Performance Insights: Track campaign performance using GA4 and media dashboards, run creative A/B testing, and translate data into actionable insights for commercial and brand leadership.
- Brand PR & Earned Media: Lead press communications, product sample seeding, influencer gifting, media events, and native publisher partnerships to drive top-of-mind brand awareness.
- E-Commerce & CRM Support: Provide local support to ensure promotional assets are aligned for peak commercial pushes and supply assets for CRM drops.
