They are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to champion their cutting-edge clinical solutions (capital equipment) across Northwest & Central Spain (Madrid, Castilla y León, Galicia, Asturias, and Cantabria).

This role is built for a true hunter who thrives in the field, manages their time like a business owner, and wants to be directly and highly rewarded for their work.

Core Responsibilities :
- Drive Revenue: Own and exceed the regional sales targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively research, network, and cold-call potential customers to secure at least two high-impact product demonstrations per month.
- Clinical & Financial Consultations:



Present the clinical efficacy and financial return on investment (ROI) of capital medical equipment to clinical professionals and business owners.
- Hands-on Demonstrations: Conduct high-quality product demonstrations and application training to maintain a high demo-to-sale conversion ratio.
- Account Management & Onboarding: Provide onboarding, continuous education, and POS marketing support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Brand Ambassador: Raise brand awareness by representing the company at industry trade shows and regional events.

Your Profile :
- Industry Background: Experience in the Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Healthcare sector. Experience selling capital equipment is a strong advantage, but not a strict requirement.
- Field-First Mindset: High willingness to travel and be on the road/field most of the week across the designated territory.
- Commercial & Entrepreneurial Acumen: Strong time management skil
