YOUR TASKS

Key responsibilities:Endpoint Operations & Support Provide Level 2/3 support for endpoint-related incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and device management issues. Manage incidents through their full lifecycle and perform root cause analysis. Support user onboarding, offboarding, and device provisioning activities. Endpoint Management Support and maintain Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services. Configure and test device policies, compliance policies, and configuration profiles. Monitor endpoint compliance and support remediation activities.
