Accountabilities
Manage inbound customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat, responding professionally and identifying opportunities aligned with the organization’s solutions.
Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns to engage prospective customers and generate qualified opportunities.
Research prospective customers, industries, accounts, and market trends to identify relevant projects and potential areas for growth.
Build and nurture a high-value sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities across international markets.
Map customer accounts and engage with both new and existing contacts to uncover additional opportunities and establish productive relationships.
Schedule and participate in customer meetings, working closely with sales teams to progress qualified opportunities.
