Team / division overview
Human Resources plays a pivotal role in shaping DWS’ culture, talent strategy, and overall employee experience. As a Human Resources Analyst, you will partner closely with local and regional leadership and support HR Business Partners in executing people strategies. You will provide advisory support and contribute to fostering an engaging, diverse, and high-performing work environment.
The HR EMEA team supports employees across 10 countries (Austria, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates), providing timely, high-quality advice and guidance to business leaders across divisions. This includes support on functional HR topics aligned with DWS’ strategy, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
The team collaborates extensively across HR functions to implement policies, processes, and initiatives that support both company-wide and divisional objectives.
Your Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related queries.
- Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinating and supporting the local implementation of integral HR initiatives.
- Maintaining HR systems and ensuring data accuracy (e.g., Workday).
- Building strong relationships with stakehold
