Your Responsibilities
- Drive Digital Transformation: Advise and support our HR stakeholders in the end-to-end implementation, enhancement and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Performance & Goals.
- Design Future-Oriented Solutions: Analyze business requirements, challenge existing HR processes and design scalable, cutting-edge solutions—leveraging AI capabilities and emerging technologies to keep our systems ahead of the curve.
- Hands-on Configuration & Enablement: Lead workshops, present best practices and independently configure both the Learning and Performance & Goals modules to continuously elevate user experience, process efficiency and business value.
- Take End-to-End Ownership: Assume full responsibility for your dedicated functional areas from day one, drive strategic initiatives and actively shape the evolution of our general Talent
