We're looking for a Director of RevTech & GTM Systems to lead the technology, data and automation strategy that powers our general go-to-market organisation. Reporting to the VP of Global Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the next phase of company growth, ensuring our commercial systems, processes and insights can scale with the business.
As a strategic partner to the executive team, you will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, support acquisition integrations, drive the adoption of AI and automation, and maximise the value of our GTM technology investments.




Your initial focus will be to assess and audit the existing technology landscape, identifying opportunities to optimise systems, processes and data across the revenue organisation. From there, you will shape and build a team capable of supporting a dynamic, high-growth business, leveraging the strong foundation already in place, including experienced people leaders and deep technical subject matter experts.
As Ideagen continues to grow, you will evolve the structure, capabilities and capacity of the function to meet changing commercial needs. Ultimately, you will build a world-class GTM Systems organisation that combines operational excellence, innovation and measurable commercial impact.

Responsibilities:
- Owning the GTM systems roadmap, ensuring our core platforms, including Salesforce and wider tooling, are aligned to business priorities and built to scale
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing team within a dynamic, high-growth
