Overview

We are looking for a passionate SEM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of Search Engine Marketing campaigns across different clients within Publicis Media agencies.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and OpenAI when available.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and visibility.
- Create, manage,



and update campaign structures, ads, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations based on KPIs and client objectives.
- Support reporting and performance analysis through web analytics and media platforms.
- Work with tracking, attribution, and measurement tools to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategies with business goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and SEM best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience managing SEM/PPC campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance measurement.
- Familiarity with bid management and optimization tool Search Ads 360.
