Gro-Med, part of the Vaighai Group, is hiring a Sales Manager to grow our coconut coir substrate business across Europe, including Spain, the Netherlands and Italy.
You will sell to large-scale growers and nurseries, appoint distributors, build strong relationships, work with the technical team on trials and contract terms, negotiate pricing, and represent Vaighai at major trade shows.
The role is field-based with 50–60% travel across Europe.
