THE ROLE
We are looking for an Off-Price Back Office Intern to join our team and support the administrative operations of our off-price / outlet channel. This internship is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fashion looking to gain hands-on experience. The adecuado candidate will assist with catalog management, reporting, and other essential tasks to ensure smooth operations related to the off-price channel,
working closely with our Off-Price Specialist. If you enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and have a proactive attitude, this position is for you.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Catalog Management:
- Create and manage product catalogs for our off-price partners (e.g. on platforms like JOOR), ensuring all information on excess and end-of-season stock is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with teams to gather product details and images for outlet campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and maintain reports using Excel to track sell-through, stock liquidation, and campaign performance across off-price partners.
- Support data analysis to help the Off-Price Specialist make informed decisions on pricing and partner allocation.
Administrative Support:
- Communicate with internal teams (Merchandising, Finance, Operations) to ensure all administrative needs of the off-price channel are met effectively.
