What you will do
- Monitoring and reporting of KPIs, ensuring projects remain on track and tasks are completed on time.
- Monitoring the implementation timelines of different innovation projects and managing deadlines with the respective teams.
- Monitoring and providing detailed status reports to the PIM (Project Implementation Manager) on final artworks and the article creation workflow (WF).
- Supporting the request, management, and follow-up of obsolete materials/products after promotional projects.
- Participating in project implementation meetings with different teams and reviewing meeting minutes.
- Updating HINT (project management tool) with the different tasks required for the launch of an innovation.

- 12-month internship, full-time schedule of 8 hours per day (minimum 6 hours per day)
- Start: September/October 2026
- Interest in Operations and Project Management
- Fluent level of English
- Strong teamwork skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute
- Flexibility and strong communication skills
- Good command of MS Excel and BI tools
