For one of our main customers based in Barcelona, We are looking for a native English-speaking Junior Inside Sales to manage inbound leads and qualify marketing-generated opportunities. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with experience in lead generation or junior sales roles.
Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Spain. Visa sponsorship is not available.

- Salary range: 30K-32K.

Main tasks:
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries received through phone, email, web forms, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct an initial qualification conversation to assess company fit, application interest, buying intent, and willingness to continue the sales process.
- Transfer qualified prospects to the appropriate SDR,



ensuring a smooth handoff and clear documentation of the qualification findings.
- Qualify high-volume unqualified leads generated through global marketing campaigns, webinars, trade shows, and digital programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions, qualification outcomes, and lead status updates within CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, sales teams, and marketing stakeholders to ensure efficient lead management and follow-up.
- Monitor inbound lead queues and service levels to ensure fast response times and an excellent prospect experience.
- Support database quality by validating contact information, identifying key stakeholders, and documenting relevant business and application insights.
