What You'll Do
The Finance Trainee will be an integral part of the Iberia Case Management Team,



supporting BCGs business objectives and growth within the finance team. This role will involve project control, client interaction, financial systems management, risk assessment, planning, and reporting analysis. The selected candidate will work within our Spanish Finance Team, collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure efficiency and accuracy in financial operations

Case Management & Financial Operations
- Support the case management team in the case opening process, economic analysis, and coordination with client officers and local legal advisors for contract procurement
- Manage client work-in-progress, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing in compliance with contracts and firm DSO targets, while monitoring accounts receivable
- Collaborate with Finance and Staffing teams to track investments, project performance, and profitability
- Develop and prepare revenue backlog reports and forecasts.
