We are seeking an experienced EMEA Commercial Incentive Compensation Analyst to serve as a strategic business partner supporting the commercial organization across incentive compensation, territory design,



quota setting, and sales performance analytics. This role will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, Finance, HR, and Global Compensation teams to design, administer, and continuously improve incentive programs that drive business growth, align seller behavior to company objectives, and ensure operational excellence across the EMEA region.

Supporting the annual territory mapping and quota setting processes by preparing data, validating inputs, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure alignment with commercial strategy and sales coverage needs.
· Supporting the administration of incentive compensation plans, including plan setup, eligibility tracking, quota assignment, performance tracking, payout calculations, and issue resolution through collaboration with Finance, HR, Sales Ops and Commercial teams.
