Your role at Baxter
As the Treasury Manager, Cash Performance & Liquidity, you will play a central role in helping Baxter improve free cash flow generation, working capital performance, liquidity management, cash forecasting, and banking effectiveness across a global organization. Supporting Treasury leadership,



you will partner closely with Finance, Tax, FP&A;, Procurement, Operations, Integral Business Services, and business leaders to identify opportunities that strengthen Baxter's financial flexibility and cash performance.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution. You will help drive initiatives related to liquidity optimization, cash forecasting, banking modernization, treasury technology, and enterprise cash performance. The position offers broad exposure to senior leadership and enterprise-wide decision making while serving as a key resource supporting Treasury's most critical priorities.
