based luxury interior design firm specializing in bespoke, high-end environments that combine exceptional design, craftsmanship, functionality, and personalized client service.
The company is strengthening its internal finance operations and is looking for an experienced accounting professional who can bring the same level of precision and attention to detail to its financial function.
We are seeking an accomplished QuickBooks Financial Controller with deep, hands-on QuickBooks expertise to take ownership of the company's accounting operations.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will have full responsibility for the General Ledger , lead the transition from an outside accounting firm to a fully in-house accounting function,



manage monthly close and reconciliations, prepare financial reporting, and oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team.
This is a hands-on position for someone who is highly accurate, independent, comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment, and willing to support operational responsibilities beyond traditional accounting when needed.
Take full ownership of the company's accounting operations and General Ledger.
Work directly with the CFO and play a key role in strengthening the finance function.
Lead the transition from outsourced accounting to a fully in-house operation.
Manage and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting.
Work remotely with significant autonomy and responsibility.
QuickBooks & General Ledger
Configure and optimize QuickBooks to support the company's accounting structure and reporting requirements.
