Due to the dynamic growth of our company, we are looking for a Team Leader / Agricultural Machinery Operator to join our agricultural farm in Magnuszowice (Opole Region, Poland) .
In this role, you will work with modern agricultural machinery and technologies, supporting efficient field operations and ensuring high crop quality. Your work will have a direct impact on plant breeding processes and seed production.

Key Responsibilities as Team Leader / Agricultural Machinery Operator:
- Independently organize and coordinate farm operations, including task allocation, team supervision, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the Farm Manager in planning field operations and conducting field inspections.
- Coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving and issuing materials, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining records of fuel and crop protection products.
- Maintain administrative and warehouse documentation and work with computer-based systems.
- Oversee the technical condition of machinery, equipment, and vehicles, including organizing inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Operate agricultural machinery and vehicles in accordance with qualifications and licenses, including tractors, combines, loaders, and forklifts.
