About the role
As Social Marketing Activation Barebells , you will be responsible for Barebells digital brand presence in Spain. You will translate business objectives into creative social media strategies and activations that grow the brand and engage our audience.
Your main focus will be organic social media and Creator Marketing, building a strong and relevant social presence for Barebells in Spain. You will develop a continuous flow of UGC and creator content ,



making sure we create content that works organically while also supporting broader digital initiatives such as Paid Social and D2C.
Working closely with local and general teams, you will play an important role in bringing campaigns and product launches to life in the Spanish market.
What you will do
- Develop and execute the Social and Activation strategy for Barebells in Spain, with a strong focus on organic social media and Creator Marketing
- Own and continuously develop Barebells presence across relevant social media platforms, including our content strategy and key content pillars
- Develop and drive Creator Marketing initiatives and build relevant creator partnerships
- Develop and manage social campaigns, activations and product launches from idea to execution, managing timelines, stakeholders and deliverables across a fast-paced launch calendar
- Ensure our social and creator content works organically while also supporting Paid Social and D
