Sales Team Leader
to join an international leader in the
Travel & Hospitality sector .

What you’ll do
Coach & Elevate:
Lead, motivate, and mentor sales agents through daily floor support and real-time feedback.
Drive Commercial Growth:
Boost conversion, upselling, revenue, CSAT, and quality KPIs across the team.
Master Sales Techniques:
Train your team on consultative selling, objection handling, and high-value deal closing.
Operations & Escalations:
Manage real-time shift flow and assist agents with complex customer scenarios.
What we are looking for
Experience : 4+ years in target-driven sales (experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or OTAs is a strong plus).
Leadership : Strong leadership potential is essential (Previous Team Leader experience is a plus).
Languages : German Native-level is required (additional languages are a plus).
Work Authorization:
Full right to work in Spain.
Availability
for rotating shifts: morning and afternoon shifts and some weekends.
