not only via reports.Strong coordination skills to align multiple teams and external partners around a shared quality vision.Excellent documentation skills and the ability to bring clarity and structure in fragmented environments.Experience defining or driving test strategies and quality expectations across systems and teams.Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken.Structured, ownership‑driven mindset with strong stakeholder management.Experience defining and tracking test and quality KPIs (for example success rates, stability indicators, defect escape rate).Experience collaborating closely with customer service and support organisations. WHAT WILL YOU DO? You will define and drive the end‑to‑end quality strategy for a connected digital ecosystem, ensuring alignment and consistency across multiple teams, systems and partners.Own the end‑to‑end quality and testing strategy across devices, cloud services, integrations and applications.Establish and document E2E testing scope, test quality KPIs and quality expectations aligned with business and technical goals.Clarify quality ownership and interfaces between digital teams, R&D; and external partners, ensuring alignment upfront.Coordinate the overall E2E testing scope across teams
