Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead SAP HCM projects from initiation through go-live with scope, timeline, and quality alignment
- Capture, analyze, and refine business requirements; drive SAP standardization and best practices
- Own and manage AMS service delivery with SLA compliance and customer satisfaction
- Act as functional lead and escalation point for Payroll, PA, and TM issues
- Prepare functional specs, support testing, coordinate deployments and post-go-live support
- Build relationships with stakeholders and advise on SAP HCM processes and solutions

Responsabilidades

- 8-10+ years of SAP HCM experience with Payroll, PA, and TM




- Experience in international and multi-country payroll environments
- End-to-end SAP HCM project delivery including requirements, design, config, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare
- Experience managing AMS, including SLA/KPI monitoring, incident management, service governance, continuous improvement
- Expert knowledge of Payroll processing, schemas/PCRs, ALE posting, payroll accounting integration, and legal reporting
- Ability to translate business requirements into SAP standard solutions with best-practice recommendations
- Experience leading customer-facing discussions and coordinating onshore/offshore teams
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills; proactive and autonomous
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Availability to travel
